1. I/We, understand that I/We are reserving the pavilion located at the above marked address and that I/We are paying a Rental Fee and a Cleanup Deposit Fee. If the location is cleaned up and ALL trash from the event is picked the Cleanup Deposit Fee will be refunded to us.

2. I/We also understand that I/We hold Foster Meadows HOA harmless for anything that may occur during our reservation time and that I/We understand that Foster Meadows will hold us liable for any damages that occur during our reservation time.

3. Once cleanup is completed, I/We will contact the HOA representative and help with disposal of trash.
