Who We Are

Foster Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. has been a Texas Domestic Non-Profit Corporation since November 17, 2000, over seen by three-five elected Board Members. Our Board of Directors is an unpaid volunteer group made up entirely of single-family residential property owners. We remain committed to protecting the interests of the homeowners in Foster Meadows.

We support our troops.  We take pride in saying our community includes many active and retired veterans from various branches of the military.

Annual dues are currently $127.00, however our Bylaws allow for future increases.  As a non profit, all revenues are used for administrative and overhead costs, i.e., insurance, printing and mailing; beautification projects in the community; community park maintenance and costs associated with organizing and executing community events and activities. We are making progress on the issues that really matter to our community. We need your continued commitment, financial support and, for those willing, your time. If you are interested in participating, please contact us.

Although our homeowner volunteers donate hundreds of hours each year, we still have expenses. Besides the cost of maintaining the accounting, maintenance and publishing materials for our members, we sometimes use your dues to hire professional consultants in such areas as land use, architecture or engineering.

By taking a moment to support Foster Meadows Homeowners Association, you give us the means necessary to protect our mutual interests. The more support we have, the stronger we are, and the better the job we can do.
